Please ensure all components, including the signature rolling eyes and wagging tail, are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Pack Your Clock

Carefully place the Kit-Cat Klock in its original manufacturer box, ensuring the clock hands and pendulum mechanism are protected with the original inserts.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your shipping carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your clock for quality assurance, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
